LOUISVILLE, Ky., July 16, 2014 – Elite competition at the 2014 USA Gymnastics Championships is scheduled for July 17-19 at the KFC Yum! Center and Kentucky International Convention Center in Louisville, Ky., and will feature the nation’s best athletes in rhythmic gymnastics, acrobatic gymnastics and trampoline and tumbling. Here’s how to follow the action this weekend.

Live video coverage

  • 2000 Olympic bronze medalist Elise Ray will host three evening webcasts on the USA Gymnastics YouTube channel or at USAGymChamps.com/live Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 6-9:30 p.m. ET, featuring senior elite competition. Ray will be joined by two-time World acrobatic gymnastics champion Arthur Davis, rhythmic gymnastics Pan American Games medalist Sydney Sachs and former trampoline U.S. national team member Peter Dodd, who will provide in-depth analysis for each discipline.
  • In addition to each night’s senior sessions, USA Gymnastics will provide a live stream of every elite session from the KFC Yum! Center. The schedule is as follows (all times Eastern):
    • Thursday, July 17
      • 9-11:30 a.m. – Rhythmic Gymnastics – Jr. all-around prelims and event finals (hoop and ball)
      • 1:30-4:30 p.m. – Trampoline – Youth, Junior and Open prelims
    • Friday, July 18
      • 9-11:30 a.m. – Rhythmic Gymnastics – Jr. all-around prelims and event finals (clubs and ribbon)
      • 1:30-3:30 p.m. – Acrobatic Gymnastics – Jr. balance and dynamic routines
    • Saturday, July 19
      • 9-11:30 a.m. – Rhythmic Gymnastics – Jr. all-around finals (all four apparatus) and Sr. all-around finals (hoop and ball)
      • 1:30-2:30 p.m. – Acrobatic Gymnastics – Jr. combined routines
      • 3-4:30 p.m. – Trampoline – Youth, Junior and Open finals
